1. How big and heavy is the package? Will it fit in a minivan? Is carrying assistance available?

The package fits in a minivan or even a station wagon. We provide assistance in carrying the package from our clinic to your vehicle to ensure an easy pickup.

2. Can the device be operated independently, or is a second person needed?

The device is designed for independent use and is very easy to operate. Full instructions are provided during the mandatory safety and usage training, ensuring that you can confidently use the device on your own.

3. Do I need to purchase oxygen separately, or does the device generate its own?

The device produces oxygen on its own—you simply need to turn it on with the press of a button.

4. What happens if the device breaks? How often do malfunctions occur? Is there a warranty?

The device has a lifespan of approximately 5,000–10,000 hours, making it highly durable.

✔️ In case of a malfunction, contact us, and we will order a replacement part for you.
✔️ Malfunctions are rare, as the devices are built for reliability.

5. Can I rent the device first and then purchase it with a discount on the rental fee?

Normally, the device is available for either rental or purchase. However, we offer partial credit (e.g., 50%) of the rental cost if you decide to purchase the device after renting.

6. Are chairs included in the device price?

A standard chair is included in the price. Special chair options are available for an additional cost—please contact us for more details.

7. How do I order nasal cannulas or oxygen masks?

Nasal cannulas and oxygen masks can be ordered from suppliers such as Pamark (pamark.fi).

8. Does the device require regular maintenance?

✔️ Maintenance is simple and quick. The filters need to be changed once a year (3 filters are included).
✔️ Filter replacement takes about 2 minutes.
✔️ During summer, occasional condensation water drainage may be needed, which is a one-minute procedure.
✔️ We provide training on all maintenance tasks.
