Terms of Renting a BIO₂Chamber

With Biohealth BIO₂Chambers, you’re not just renting an HBOT device—you’re investing in next-level performance, recovery, and wellness. Experience faster healing, enhanced endurance, and optimized well-being in a way that fits your lifestyle and aesthetics.

At Biohealth, we want to ensure a seamless and transparent rental experience for all our customers. Below are the key terms you need to know before renting your BIO₂Chamber HBOT:

3. Device Pickup & Return

✔️ The BIO₂Chamber must be picked up directly from Biohealth Europe OY’s clinic.
✔️ We do not offer delivery or assembly services—the renter is responsible for transport and setup.
✔️ The chamber must be returned by the agreed-upon rental end date.
✔️ Late returns will incur a 100 € + VAT per day late fee.

4. Liability & Usage Guidelines

✔️ The BIO₂Chamber is used entirely at the renter’s own risk. Biohealth Europe OY, its owners, employees, or partners are not liable for injuries, damages, or other consequences related to usage.
✔️ The renter will receive mandatory training on safe operation during pickup and must follow all provided safety instructions.
✔️ Only individuals present at the training session are permitted to operate the chamber. If additional users need training, it can be scheduled for 250€/hour (incl. VAT).

5. Additional Terms, Damages & Violations

✔️ The renter is responsible for any damage caused by misuse or neglect, with a maximum liability of 5,000 € + VAT.
✔️ The chamber may not be rented out to third parties or used for paid services. Only those trained by Biohealth may operate it.
✔️ Safety protocols and contraindications must be strictly followed.
✔️ Violating the agreement may result in immediate contract termination, mandatory return of the chamber, and full payment of rental fees, penalties, and late fees.

6. Agreement Validity & Purchase Option

✔️ The agreement becomes valid upon signing and remains active until the chamber is returned in agreed condition and all terms are fulfilled.
✔️ Once the rental term ends, renters have the option to purchase the BIO₂Chamber, with 50% of the rental fees deducted from the purchase price.
✔️ To exercise the purchase option, Biohealth must be notified at least one month before the rental agreement ends, and the full purchase payment must be made before the contract’s expiration.
