Purpose of the Agreement The purpose of the agreement is to define the detailed content of the product or service offered by the Seller, along with the associated terms, as well as the general terms of the online store, which bind both the Seller and the Customer. This agreement defines the responsibilities of both parties and the terms related to the order. The Seller and the Customer commit to fulfilling their obligations and respecting the order and delivery terms mentioned in this agreement.

Ordering and Booking

The Customer (individual) must be of legal age and fully competent.

A company must be registered in the trade or association register, and the company representative must have the authority to represent the company.

The personal, address, and billing information entered by the Customer must be up-to-date and accurate.

The Customer is obliged to inform the Seller immediately of any changes to the information if it affects billing or product delivery.
A treatment reservation is binding. If the customer wishes to cancel their reservation, it must be done no later than 24 hours before the scheduled treatment time. The cancellation is made via the confirmation link provided at the time of booking or by calling the Seller.
